Please find all accessibility information below for the Seattle Arch Convention Center. Contact meetings@geron.org with any questions and/or if there are special accessibility concerns we can assist with.

Chairs will be removed from front row seating for mobility assistive devices. The row next to the areas with removed chairs are reserved for anyone who needs to be closer to the front, whether for mobility, auditory, sight, sensory, or other needs.

Continuing Education is available for purchase for the GSA 2024 Annual Scientific meeting and is jointly provided by Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and the Gerontological Society of America.

To participate in the continuing education program for the GSA 2024 Annual Scientific Meeting, signup when you register for GSA 2024.

If you have already registered, modify your GSA 2024 Annual Scientific Meeting registration to add a continuing education to your registration order.

Room 301 at the convention center will be designated as the family care room and will be available for all attendees with children to use during GSA session hours. Please visit the Family Care Page (link) for additional access information.

With advance notice, auxiliary hearing devices are available on a first come, first served basis. Contact meetings@geron.org to inquire.

Accessible elevators are available on each floor of the convention center to access all areas of GSA events.

A private nursing room will be available in room 302 at the convention center during GSA session times. Visit the Family Care Page (link) for additional access information

We invite GSA attendees to use this space for prayer. Chairs and open space will be available in this room during registration hours throughout the conference. Please be mindful as this will be a shared space.

All restrooms in the convention center are accessible and include hands-free faucets. The Seattle Convention Center's family restrooms are located on Levels 4 and 5, and the unisex restroom is located on Level 4.

All-Gender restrooms will be located on the 6th floor near 6E meeting room.

Only service dogs and miniature horses, or service dogs and miniature horses in training, will be allowed inside the Seattle Convention Center. All other animals are prohibited.

The Seattle Convention Center has wheelchairs available for use during medical emergencies only. If you are in need of a wheelchair, they can be rented locally from these companies.
